Schedule a free, absolutely no-commitment, consulting call by pressing the ‘Get Started’ button. You and I will spend 30 minutes discussing your leadership goals and challenges, how Executive Coaching can help, and ensure there is the right chemistry between us.

Step 2
Short description for step

We will “Contract” on foundational elements of the coaching engagement such as objectives, responsibilities, logistics, administration, and confidentiality. If you are being sponsored by your organisation, we will agree how they are involved. A Coaching Proposal will be tendered to you, or your organisation, for contract approval.

Step 3
Short description for step

We begin our coaching sessions, meeting every two weeks for either one hour or ninety minutes. Coaching engagements will be 3, 6, or 12 months in length depending on your needs. Starting with assessment exercises to understand your strengths and areas of development we will create a Personal Development Plan which serves as the roadmap for our coaching sessions.

Step 4
Short description for step

Our bi-weekly coaching sessions will be driven by what you want to achieve personally and professionally. Our approach will be to enhance self-awareness, addressing limiting beliefs and thinking patterns. We then focus on developing new skills, tools, and mindsets and seek to deliver new impact in the workplace by applying these learnings.

Step 5

We will close our coaching engagement by ensuring you understand your own barriers to change and are ready to develop new habits to implement lasting change.

FAQs

Executive Coaching FAQs

Here are some of the most common questions when it comes to executive coaching. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out.

What is Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is a professional relationship where a Coach works with an executive or business leader to enhance their leadership skills, improve performance, and achieve specific professional goals. It involves one-on-one sessions focused on personal development, strategic thinking, decision-making, and behaviour change. Coaching provides a place for you to step back from your day-to-day responsibilities, observe yourself and your environment, explore what is happening and why, challenge your beliefs and assumptions, and experiment with new mindsets and behaviours.

Who can benefit from Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching is beneficial for senior leaders, managers, business owners, and emerging leaders. It is particularly helpful for those who want to enhance their leadership skills, navigate complex challenges, or prepare for new roles with increased responsibilities.

Is Executive Coaching confidential?

Yes, Executive Coaching is strictly confidential, within legal requirements. I will maintain privacy concerning discussions, goals, and challenges unless specific permission is granted to share certain details with others, such as a HR department or the executive’s direct supervisor.

How often will we meet and for how long?

The duration of Executive Coaching engagements varies but typically lasts between 3 to 12 months. Coaching relationships may be shorter for focused goals or longer for ongoing development, depending on the individual’s needs.

Coaching sessions are usually held bi-weekly for one hour or ninety minutes.

Is Executive Coaching in-person or online?

Most coaching is online through video conferencing, but in-person sessions are also offered where location allows. The choice of online or in-person will be driven by what is convenient and accessible for clients.

What will we work on in our Coaching sessions?

Our work will be driven by what you want to achieve personally and professionally. Where you are being sponsored by your organisation, it may also be informed by what your manager and HR think is important to address. Some areas we would expect to cover include:

  • Establishing purpose, values, and goals – clarifying what we seek to achieve or change.
  • Creating enhanced self-awareness - revealing potential derailers, blind-spots, and defence mechanisms.
  • Addressing limiting beliefs and thinking patterns – understanding our self-imposed limitations.
  • Creating a Personal Development Plan – establishing and tracking SMART goals.
  • Focus on areas of development and transformation – learning new skills, tools, and mindsets.
  • Delivering new impact through applied learning – devising safe experiments and practices to explore new ways of being.
  • Implementing lasting change – understanding barriers to change and developing new habits to support lasting change.
